Our Team Leaders

Each club is run by our qualified team leaders. To support the team leaders we have a group of dedicated contract staff.

These are the familiar faces you will see around both of the clubs regularly.

Most of our contracted staff have Level 3 or above Childcare qualifications and some of our Bank Staff have other Childcare qualifications.

The majority of our contracted staff have been with us for over five years and are given an award when they reach 10 years of service.

As well as our contracted staff we also have a group of ‘Bank Staff’. Although you may not see them as regularly as the other members of staff, they have play-work experience and provide our team with extra support when it is needed. All staff are enhanced DBS checked prior to employment and under go regular training in First Aid, Food Hygiene & Child Protection.

The staff are instantly recognisable by their coloured polo shirts bearing our logo. Playworkers wear blue shirts, the Team Leaders wear red shirts & our Childcare Manager Emma can be spotted in her purple shirt.
